Smoke Works is fighting for drug user health equity by dismantling barriers to injection alternatives. Founded in 2020 by workers from AHOPE needle exchange as a buyer’s club for harm reduction groups to access lower prices for injection alternatives, they quickly expanded to direct sales, mutual aid, research, technical assistance and advocacy.
