Most of Florida Harm Reduction Collective’s services are available free or at low cost. Please reach out to us with questions.

Free Mail-Based Naloxone

Florida Harm Reduction Collective manages Florida’s Mail-Based Naloxone Distribution Program in collaboration with NEXT Distro. To request a free Naloxone kit, click here.

You can also visit I Save FL to locate a nearby organization or Florida Department of Health office where free kits are available for pick-up.

If you’re outside of Florida, please visit NEXT Distro to access resources and obtain Naloxone.

Free Anonymous Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C Testing

Thanks to a generous grant from Gilead Sciences, Florida Harm Reduction Collective offers free anonymous, rapid HIV and hepatitis C (HCV) testing at Syringe Services Programs in Gainesville and Saint Petersburg, FL. Contact us at info@flhrc.org for locations and times.

FLHRC is also happy to schedule Rapid HIV/HCV testing events in Alachua, Marion, Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties. Please contact us at info@flhrc.org for more information.

Regional Harm Reduction Workgroups

Florida Harm Reduction Collective is funded by Elton John AIDS Foundation to host Harm Reduction workgroups throughout Florida. These workgroups advocate for the expansion of Harm Reduction services, including Syringe Services Programs and Overdose Prevention and Reversal Programs, and help local organizations and service providers network and improve services.

Harm Reduction Program Implementation Technical Assistance

Thanks to a Regional Centers of Excellence grant from the National Alliance of State and Territory AIDS Directors, Florida Harm Reduction Collective provides affordable or free Technical Assistance to Syringe Services Programs, Recovery Community Organizations, Peer-led Grassroots Groups, Behavioral and Medical Health Providers, as well as Municipalities, Counties, and States aiming to implement or enhance harm reduction services.

While our Technical Assistance focuses on the Southeast United States, it is open to everyone. If we are not the most suitable resource for your needs, we will leverage our extensive network of national and international partner organizations to connect you with the right expertise.

Bulk Naloxone for Florida Based Companies and Organizations

Florida Harm Reduction Collective is happy to help your business or organization obtain naloxone at no cost. Unfortunately we can only supply businesses and organizations located in Florida. If you’re a 501c3 looking to receive naloxone free from Florida Division of Children and Families, we can point you in the right direction.
