Florida Harm Reduction Collective is a leading statewide harm reduction nonprofit dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals impacted by the harms related to drug use. We work tirelessly to amplify the voices of People Who Use Drugs, reduce the spread of bloodborne diseases, prevent overdose deaths, and promote evidence-based drug supply, harm reduction services, and access to healthcare. Our organization operates statewide, partnering with diverse stakeholders to advocate for harm reduction practices, conduct outreach, increase education, and provide vital resources to communities in need.

Director of Programs

Full-Time, Salaried, 40 hrs/week

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Programs to work both remotely and in our St Petersburg, FL office to help expand the impact of our organization.

 

The Director of Programs will be responsible for providing supervision of remote staff, overseeing program development and implementation, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring the organization's sustainability and growth.

Director of Operations

Full-Time, Salaried, 40 hrs/week

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Operations to work in our St. Petersburg office and help expand the impact of our organization.

 

The Director of Operations will be responsible for providing direct supervision, overseeing organizational operations such as fiscal management and adherence to funding restrictions, verification and approval of staff time and attendance, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring the organization's sustainability and growth.
